To update your billing address and/or credit card information, please visit the Subscription Details page on a desktop or mobile browser.* You can access the Subscription Details page by hovering over the My Account drop-down menu in the top right-hand corner. If you're accessing Plumb's on a mobile browser, simply tap the three-line menu in the top left corner.
On the Subscription Details page, you will be able to edit the following information:
- Credit card information (eg, CC number, expiration date, CVV)
- Billing address
To make changes, look for the blue Edit button at the top of the form, after your billing address. Once you've updated your information, be sure to click the blue Save Changes button at the top of the form.
*Please note that account changes cannot be made in the app.
