Troubleshoot issues with signing in
If you’re unable to sign in to Plumb's, read on to learn how to troubleshoot some of the most common issues.
You forgot your password
Enter the email address you used to subscribe in our password recovery form. You’ll receive an email with instructions for updating your password. You’ll simply click the link that has been generated for you and enter your new password in the form that’s provided.
You’re not receiving emails
- Check that you created your Plumb’s account with the correct email. After subscribing, you should have received a confirmation and invoice via email. If you did not, there’s a chance your email address wasn’t entered correctly. You can reach out to us for help.
- Check your spam folder and talk to your IT team. If emails from Plumb’s aren’t getting delivered to your inbox or spam folder, or links in our emails are expiring, ask your IT team to allow emails from @plumbs.com and @vetmeduxemail.com.
