Subscribing to Plumb’s is simple! Make sure you have your credit or debit card on hand and follow the steps below from any desktop or mobile browser.
Please note: The subscription process is only available via a browser, not the Apple and Android apps. You will need to create an account online before you can sign into the app.
Step 1. Create an Account
First, visit app.plumbs.com/subscribe in any browser. Enter the email address you would like associated with your account. You’ll use this email address to sign in and receive renewal reminders. Create a secure password. Then click Next.
Step 2. Review Plan Details
Select your role/occupation and choose between Plumb’s Veterinary Drugs and Plumb’s Pro.

If you choose Plumb’s Pro, you’ll have the option to split up your payments with monthly billing or pay annually and get a 10% discount.
Next, adjust the slider to select the number of licenses you’d like to have. Each license allows full access for one person, and as the admin, you’ll be able to assign (and reassign) licenses as needed.

If you have a discount code, click Add Discount Code, enter your code, and click Apply Discount. When you’re finished, click Next.
Step 3. Complete Your Profile
Enter your personal information and mailing address and fill in the Occupation Details section. This information helps us customize the updates you receive from us. Click Next when you’re done.
Step 4. Payment Details
Enter your credit card and billing information in the secure payment form.* If your billing address is the same as the mailing address you entered in step 3, click the button to automatically fill in this section. Click Next when you’re done.
Step 5. Review Your Subscription
Confirm that all details are correct, especially the email address. Review and agree to the Terms & Conditions, Acceptable Use Policy, and Privacy Policy. Click Purchase Subscription.
You’ll see a confirmation page once your payment has gone through, and you’ll immediately be able to sign in and start exploring Plumb’s. If you’re new to Plumb’s, we recommend reviewing this guide before you get started.
*Credit/debit card information entered will be used for your subscription’s annual auto-renewal charges, as explained in our Terms & Conditions.
